Design-Build
Not all construction projects are created equal. We have powerful 3D design software and can bring your dreams to reality. Perhaps you don't know what your kitchen will look like, but you will once you see the space via 3D. We offer our clients the ability to encompass their entire project, from planning and design to construction, into one easy-to-manage contract. The benefits include a faster tracked project where we don't need every last detail hammered out before we get started. It's also a great way for you to be involved in your entire project from start to finish, and your risks are lowered because there is only one contract to manage.
SIP Homes
We live and work in northern Minnesota and understand what it takes to build an energy efficient home. We are able to do this with SIPs. Structural Insulated Panels are not new but are becoming more popular as the demand for energy savings rises. They are a foam core panel with an OSB or plywood skin on both sides. They are very strong panels and can fit most any home design. These homes out-perform the competition in every way. If you want a super energy saving home, build with SIPs.

Mobile Crane
Service
We now provide mobile crane services to our area. We have a 40 ton telescopic hydraulic truck crane capable of many tasks. Our operators are licensed through NCCCO, and we are fully insured. We have the knowledge and equipment to get whatever you need into the air: Trusses, Rooftop Units, Signs, Building Assembly, even Tree Removal.
